The Department Headquarters has received some commemorative books available to Vietnam Era service members, or Vietnam service family members.
Other requirements are picking up the book at the Department office, or pre-paying any shipping costs. Also, you must either fill out a quick survey, or provide the information for the survey that goes to the office of Texas Governor Greg Abbott.
