It is with great sadness that we come to you today to mourn the loss of our Commander, Percy Spence III. Our hearts go out to his wife Darlene Spence and family. Commander Spence was a wonderful person and friend to us all. He will be truly missed. We wish you strength to get through such a terrible loss and comfort for the coming days and weeks.
