DAV Chapter 14 Commander, Leon Collins, Sr Vice Commander, Lou Corbit, Adjutant, Rafael Morales, Treasurer, Mitchell Butler along with Chapter members.
Department of Texas Commander Fred Cavazos and Senior Vice Commander John Hicks attended the ceremony.
DAV chapter 14 Commander Leon Collins indicated that the transport Electric Vehicle will serve all veterans and visitors to ride from the Audie Murphy parking lot to the front of the hospital.
The Transport Electric Vehicle is operated by batteries and includes heating and air conditioning.
